COVID-19 Policy

Orders may take additional processing and shipping time due to COVID-19 and various states regulations during this time. Please remember to practice self-safety when receiving shipped items and disinfect outer packaging, let sit for a few days before handling or handle with gloves. Alway remember to wash you hands and not touch your face after handling a package. Follow all CDC and WHO recommendations!

Why didn’t I receive notification when I placed an order?

Depending on your email provider, notifications will sometimes be filtered to your spam folder. Double check your spam folder and add Weebly’s/Squares email address no-reply@editmysite.com to your contacts.

Why did I get the message "FindShard failed" at check out?

If you receive a "FindShard" failed message, this means you have cookies blocked. You will need to unblock cookies in your browser setting to allow the transaction to properly process.

What are the shipping policies?

All orders will ship within a day to 3-days for prints and existing originals. Custom and Commission pieces will ship upon completion and that timing will be dependent upon the work and timing will be coordinated between the artist and seller. Shipments will be received withing 4-6 days of ship date unless there is a delay with the shipping service provider. All orders will receive a tracking #.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours of the order. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Damaged during shipping

Should the print or original piece itself (not the matte) become damaged in shipping, immediately email info@tschlossbergfineart.com photographs of the packaging and damage print as these will be required to process a claim. No claims will be accepted without photographs.

Damaged originals have the option to be returned for repair or replacement. Return shipping will be negotiated at time of claim for repairs. Replacements will be sent upon completion and proof the original piece was destroyed.

-- What can be repaired vs replaced?

FOR CANVAS PAINTINGS - If the damage is minimal a small tear or hole in a canvas, broken stretcher frame but no canvas damage, or a random mark on the surface, may all be repaired for cost of shipping. IF the piece is beyond repair, a new piece will be created to replace it at no additional cost.

FOR ILLUSTRATIONS: If the damage is to the matte only, a new matte may be sent for the cost of shipping $5. If the print or original itself has been damage, it may be replaced at no additional cost.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship only within the United States. If you are an International customer, please email info@tschlossbergfineart.com with any questions, as we hope to offer International in the future.

Do you do Custom Commissions and Paintings?

Yes! Custom orders are highly encouraged. Pricing for a custom commission is dependent on size at $0.50 per square inch. This is found by multiplying the length and width and dividing that number by 2.

Do you offer express or overnight shipping?

No. The cost of express or overnight shipping is extra. Most items will ship USPS. Larger items will be shipped via UPS or Priority Mail.
